These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and 777ccb ("777ccb", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting platform operated under the domain https://777ccb.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 777ccb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the license jurisdiction applicable to your location, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (individual) and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be registered on any national or operator self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction at the time of registration.
• You must not have had a previous Account on 777ccb closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.

777ccb reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure. Age verification may be conducted at registration or at any later point prior to the processing of withdrawal requests.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify 777ccb promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 777ccb immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

777ccb reserves the right to refuse any Account registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons for such refusal.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions at all times:

• The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Commercial exploitation of the Platform, its content or its services is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 777ccb.
• You agree not to use automated tools, scripts, bots or artificial intelligence to access, scrape or interact with the Platform in any manner that circumvents normal user interaction.
• You agree not to exploit errors, technical glitches or pricing anomalies on the Platform. 777ccb reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of a manifest error, whether in odds, game settings or bonus terms.
• You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to use your Account to place bets on your behalf.
• You acknowledge that all games and betting markets offered on the Platform are provided solely for entertainment purposes and that no guarantee of profit, income or financial return is made or implied.
• You agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk and that 777ccb accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred as a result of your betting or gaming activity.

777ccb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close your Account at any time if it reasonably believes that you have breached, or are likely to breach, any provision of these Terms. In such cases, 777ccb will follow a fair and proportionate review process before taking final action, except where immediate suspension is necessary to prevent ongoing harm or fraud.

All deposits made to your 777ccb Account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.

Available deposit methods and minimum/maximum deposit thresholds are displayed in your Account at the time of deposit. These may vary from time to time and by account type. Where PKR amounts are referenced, such as illustrative minimum deposits of PKR 500 or PKR 1,000, these figures are subject to change and must be confirmed in your Account settings at the time of transaction.

777ccb references certain payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for local familiarity only. These references do not constitute endorsements, partnerships or representations that those institutions support, facilitate or endorse gambling transactions. Users must verify current deposit options within their Account.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly following successful payment processing. However, 777ccb accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network congestion. Deposits will not be credited if the transaction is declined, reversed or flagged by the payment provider for any reason.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by Users who have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 777ccb's compliance team. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.

Withdrawals will, in the first instance, be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically and operationally possible. Where a withdrawal cannot be made to the original deposit method, an alternative method may be nominated subject to additional verification.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in your Account at the time of requesting a withdrawal. 777ccb aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, exact processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method, the volume of pending requests and the outcome of any routine compliance checks.

Real-money funds and bonus funds are held in separate account wallets. Only real-money funds — and bonus winnings that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal. Unconverted bonus funds cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances.

777ccb may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, refer-a-friend rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which must be read in conjunction with this clause.

The following general rules apply to all promotions offered on 777ccb:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — for example, a 30× rollover on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. These figures are illustrative; actual requirements are published in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per bet or spin may apply — typically PKR 500 or PKR 1,000 per round, depending on the promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer titles and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage or be excluded entirely.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within a defined window — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Uncleared bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated with bonus funds — for example, a maximum cash-out of PKR 5,000 or PKR 25,000. This cap is separate from standard withdrawal limits.
• One Promotion Per User: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus of each type may be claimed per registered User, per household, per IP address and per device.

777ccb reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back any bonus — and any associated winnings — if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has engaged in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, the use of automated tools or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended conditions of the promotion.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your bet before confirming placement.

777ccb reserves the right to void any bet — and return the stake to the User's Account — in any of the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement, where this was not by design (e.g., not a live-betting market).
• The odds displayed were the result of a manifest pricing error that would not have been available under normal market conditions.
• The event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the relevant market can be settled.
• Evidence of match-fixing, corruption or irregular betting patterns is identified in relation to the relevant event.
• The bet was placed by a User in breach of these Terms, including bets placed by minors or Users who are subject to a self-exclusion order.

Live-betting markets are subject to real-time price movements. 777ccb accepts no liability for delays in price updates during live events. All live bets are accepted at the odds prevailing at the moment the bet is confirmed by the Platform's system.

777ccb is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable Users to manage their gambling activity. All registered Users have access to the following controls within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose over a defined period before the Account automatically restricts further play.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you may stake during a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent suspension of your Account. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration, KYC or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other unlawful activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, manifest pricing errors or any technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from 777ccb.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Placing bets with the intention of creating guaranteed profits regardless of outcome ("arbitrage") in violation of promotion terms.
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing third parties to access or use your Account.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual materials, software, data compilations and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the proprietary property of 777ccb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 777ccb.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ccb, its directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 777ccb accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses arising from gambling or betting activity on the Platform.
• Interruptions to or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server outages, third-party failures or force majeure events.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Errors in sports data, odds feeds or game software provided by third-party technology partners.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Where changes are material, 777ccb will provide reasonable notice to registered Users through the Platform or via the registered email address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure and the withdrawal of any eligible real-money balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ccb holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact 777ccb's support team in the first instance. 777ccb will endeavour to resolve all reasonable disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking interim or emergency relief from a competent court of any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
